shipping: fair quality: 2nd hand, had some scratches and not new installation: medium difficulty as you may need the proper tools to pry off the metal o rings inside as well as special hex screws. over all took me about 40mins to install. if you would like a new product and an easy installation this is not the product for you. but if your like me who likes to tinker and buy replacement parts instead of buying a new headset as well as enjoying the process of opening up an electronic device this is the way to go

i got this wire for my Glorious Model D. Working Fine. but this wire doesn't have hook like genuine cable, Where the wire comes out of the mouse.
