Refund request

You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the delivery guaranteed time (not including 1-5 days shipping processing).
  • You receive the wrong item at shops fault.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control or other Other exceptional circumstances (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • No refund will be made if the goods are returned physically damaged, marked and or without original packaging.
  • Any and all products returned to us after the 30 day return/exchange period from delivery moment or without tracking number – cannot be accepted under any circumstances and will be returned to the customer (at the customer’s expense) without a refund.

How to fill refund request:

  • Go to “My account”.
  • Go to “Orders”.
  • Go to “Request refunds”.
  • Choose “My money back” or “Credit for future purchase”.
  • Choose “Full amount” or “Partial amount”.
  • Fill field for refund request reason adding a link with image proof using secured media sharing system (e.g.: screencast.com).
  • Click “Send my request”
  • Click “OK” on pop up confirmation message.
  • Wait for response.

Cancel order 

Can I change my mind after placing an order?
Before your item is shipped to our delivery partners, you can cancel at any time if you’ve changed your mind.
You only need to get in touch with us to cancel your order and receive a complete refund (transaction fees may apply).
Before they are sent and a tracking number is uploaded, all orders can be cancelled.
Orders that contain out-of-stock items may be canceled.
If you need to amend or cancel an order after it has been paid for, you must get in touch with us within 12 hours.
It can no longer be canceled once the packaging and shipping procedure has begun or a delivery tracking number has been supplied.


Guarantee period 

Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 30 days after the delivery date or if the delivery is delayed for more than 30 business days. You can do it by sending a message on page here.
If you are granted a refund, your money will be processed within 30 days and a credit will appear on your credit card or original mode of payment.
If for any reason you would like to return product, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Orders must be shipped back with tracking shipping. 
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we you to do so.


Damaged or wrong item 

What if you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged when it arrives?
Damage is uncommon because our team will inspect your item to make sure it meets our standards before sending it to you.
If you’re not happy with the goods when they arrive with you please contact us.
Simply get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery if you only recognized after delivery that you’re unsatisfied with the quality or if we gave you the wrong item. Ideally, send us a few images of the damage or other problems with the product.
Please utilize a third-party service to upload and share any videos or photographs for server security concerns (e.g.: screencast.com).
You hereby agree to adhere by the guidelines and terms of the aforementioned returns policy by placing an order with Earpadfix.com.
After reviewing your complaint, our staff will advise you on how to return the product and will either provide a full refund or make an order for a replacement.
