Received these ear pads yesterday. They look exactly like advertised. Installation is a little rough, you'll need to rotate your old pads to remove them. Then, in the new pads, invert the small part of tissue which will be connecting the new pads with the pad holder, put the holder over the pad, and now get the small tissue back, covering the holder. After installed, it will be tight. I wish the small tissue that grabs the holder was a little longer, so that after installed, it had a better finishing touch. Overall, I'm very happy with the product, recommend.
