the piece came in a small plastic case and it was good quality. Be aware that, if you lost the small metal “u” shaped bit, you HAVE to buy the version with the metal bit included, or else the earpad will spin around like crazy and be loose af. I replaced the broken swivel and, so far, it has been holding up nicely. 100% recommended.

Holds well, feels solid, but took a while to install (45mins), many parts to dismount to reach the end of the cable to pass though the hole. Extra time for.mistakes as well 🙂 But i don’t regret, like new now.
