outer size: about 10.5 cm. Inner size: about 6.5 cm × 5 cm. The cushioning is firm, so people with big ears might just barely fit.

The perforated ones have a nice quality and they fit my Moondrop COSMO very well and sound very engaging. An improvement over the stock pads in my opinion. I am quite happy with those pads for such a reasonable price and ordered an additional pair for other headphones.
