So yes, these pads do come with the cloth back unlike the stock pads which is hollow. They are much softer both the leather and the sponge, though the sponge is probably a cost-cutting measure. I can’t tell between real leather vs pleather but they definitely feel different than the stock pleather. And all 4 pads that I bought from that advertise as sheepskin felt all the same. This is a good shop with the best price. Definitely recommend.
