the top pad didn’t fit the HD 280 Pro’s arch, but the right and left pads fit perfectly

These are better quality than the original sennheiser pads. I think they also block more sound. Including some nice embossed L and R on the grilles. Getting them on the headphones requires some brave stretching, take your time and work from the top or bottom first. This is not unique to these replacements, it is just how they attach. Take your time and work at it.

The pads are as described. I had no trouble fitting both the pads and the headband. They are quite comfortable and are definitely an improvement over the deteriorated genuine pads. They seem well made, The foam is not quite as dense as I had expected, but works well.
