Noise cancellation still works upto 98% compared to the original earpads. The thickness is also perfect to keep the auto pause feature of the XM5 working. Thickness is almost the same as the originals. You will need to replace the original foam for the replacement to work, audio quality change is unaffected. Docking a star because shipping took too long and they initially sent it to the wrong airport, causing delay.
