I have picked variant with cooling gel. compared to stock pads these are more comfortable and do not heat as much. they won’t stay cold but heat build up is not as dramatic. they have this fabric inside in place where pad touches the skin. There is lower sound isolation because of that so ANC is not as effective. The also seem more stiff, but maybe it will go away with more usage.
